Information Note on Processing Personal Data

As a member of the panel you agreed to receive invites to take part in online surveys.

You need to answer the surveys without being influenced by other people in your household. We advise you to not let other household members or friends to watch your screen while fulfilling the questionnaire, in order for you to be able to focus on the answers and not be distracted.

A market research questionnaire is valid only if it is successfully completed and if the completion duration fits the normal limits. Once you accessed the link from the invitation and started completing, we recommend you not to take breaks and answer the questions on the spot.

We can’t guarantee a minimum or maximum number of invitations that we’ll be sent to each panel member, in a year.

For each survey there’s a limited number of respondents that can participate. When the required number is achieved, the project will close, and you will not be able to complete it. This is why we recommend you to answer  as soon as possible when you receive the invitation.

If a panel member is a fraud suspect, he or she will be eliminated from the panel and no further invitations will be sent.

The information that you send to us when you are a part of a survey are used and presented so that your anonymity is ensured, the answers not being associated with your name. Data processing is purely statistic.

The answers are stored on secured servers and converted in numerical codes (without your name or address).

In order to cancel your membership please send an email to [email protected] where you express this intention or press the Unsubscribe button from the survey invitation email.

If a panel member doesn’t answer any survey for 12 months even though he or she received invitations, the account will be declared inactive. We reserve the right to delete all the members that were inactive for a year.

In case of irregularities in completing, the questionnaire is eliminated from the database. We reserve the right to check and remove members who are considered fraudulent.

iSense Solutions International Research SRL / Sense Panel reserves the right to modify the rules of the panel at any time. All the panel members will be notified about such decision.
